Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a notification and a refund or store credit once our warehouse processes the return.
